Merlin Coin front
WHAT IS THIS COIN?
Your Merlin™ coin is more than a unique collectible — it unlocks 250 Merlin™ credits.
Merlin™ credits are used to run analyses within Merlin™. The number of credits required depends on the size of your data file and the scope of analysis requested. With 250 credits, you can typically generate 2–3 reports. Credit usage ultimately depends on how much data is processed and how complex the analysis is.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY COIN?
The back of your coin features a unique QR code. Scan it with your phone to access the redemption page.
To use Merlin™, you must have a PQ Canvass account. PQ Canvass is PMI’s cloud-based software platform that provides remote, real-time monitoring and analysis of power quality data. Merlin™ operates within PQ Canvass, so an active account is required.
If you do not currently have a PQ Canvass account, please contact our Technical Support Dept.
Note: Merlin coins cannot be redeemed in a Merlin demo account.

DO I NEED PMI RECORDER DATA TO USE MERLIN?
Yes. Currently, PQ Canvass and Merlin™ only support data from PMI power quality recorders.
You must have a PMI recorder and/or a PMI data file that can be uploaded using PMI ProVision or PMI View (iOS or Windows).

WHAT IF I HAVE MORE THAN 1 COIN?
If you have multiple Merlin™ coins, you may redeem them all within the same account. For example, three coins can be redeemed for a total of 750 credits in a single account.
You may also allocate coins in 250-credit increments to any PQ Canvass account in which you are a member.
Note: Each coin is valid for a single redemption and cannot be reused once redeemed.

DOES MY COIN EXPIRE?
Yes. Merlin™ coins expire on July 31, 2026. Be sure to redeem your coin(s) before that date.
